The distance between the two is 27km, which should take about half an hour. Nearest Airport: From Indira Gandhi International Airport, you can hail a cab directly to the venue, which should take approx. 50 minutes to reach the venue located at a distance of 48 km. Cab Services: If you’re traveling within the city, you can opt to hire a cab or carpool service that are readily available through apps like Uber and OLA. These will drop you right at the entry gate. • What is the size of the venue for Auto Expo 2018?
  The Auto Expo Greater Noida will be held at India Expo Mart (IEM). The venue is massive and it sprawls over 58 acres of land covering 65,000sqm of built-up area with six entry and exit gates. It accommodates 14 exhibition halls, convention facilities and lounges, along with restaurants and food courts. So, prepare to walk a lot.
• Can I drive my car/bike to reach the venue? Are there any parking arrangements?
  It is advisable to hire a cab or use local transport to arrive at the venue. The expo venue is a car-free zone so, bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, etc is strictly prohibited on the premises. The parking space available, but it is quite a walk from the venue and may require you to take a shuttle to the site.
• Are there any restrictions on entry timings?
  The entry for Auto Expo 2018 starts at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. However, The Expo Mart will need to be vacated by 6 p.m. and entry into the exhibition halls will close 30 minutes prior to the closing time of the Expo.
• Can I use my ticket to enter multiple times? What if I lose my ticket?
  One ticket is valid for a single person and ticket holder will be allowed to enter the premises only once. However, the organisers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone even if they possess a valid ticket without any justification. Children up to five years of age, wheelchair users and the person assisting them are exempted from purchasing a ticket. There will be no refund or replacement for lost tickets and passes will only be counted as authentic if it has an untampered barcode.
• What are the ticket prices?
  The price for tickets for Auto Expo 2018 starts ₹350 for general public and is as high as ₹750 for business visitors. The children up to the age of five and wheelchair bound attendees along with the person assisting them are exempted from buying a ticket.
• What are the security measures at the Expo? Can we carry any luggage?
  The Auto Expo 2018 is given a high level of security. Just like every prominent venue, attendees will be frisked at checkpoints by designated security personnel for any dangerous possessions. These include firearms, knives/blades, sharp objects, lighters, matchboxes, toy weapons, inflammable materials, laser pointers, glass/plastic containers, bombs, cans and bottles. You can carry luggage inside. However, it will be put through an X-ray scanner at the security booth and checked thoroughly.
